You’re Not Too Old for YouTube. You Just Prefer Real Conversations to Viral Trends. YouTube for business owners.

At 56+, I had never posted a business advice video online.
No content plan.
No algorithm hacks.
No idea what I was doing, if I am honest.
Fast forward just 18 months and something unexpected happened.
The YouTube channel grew to over 102,000 subscribers.
It passed 1.8 million views.
A YouTube Silver Plaque arrived in the post.
More importantly, it created a steady pipeline of high quality clients.

Not from dancing.
Not from posting every day.
Not from chasing viral moments.
It came from one simple strategy.
Stop Performing. Start Listening.
Instead of trying to be an influencer, I interviewed real business owners about their transformation journeys. Basically YouTube for business owners!
What was broken.
What they tried.
What actually worked.
What nearly finished them off.
Those conversations did one thing incredibly well. They built trust before I ever asked anyone to buy.
People could see how I think.
How I challenge.
How I simplify complexity.
And whether I was someone they would want in their corner.
From YouTube Channel to Real Businesses
That trust became the foundation for two businesses.
Over £100,000 of waste eliminated for corporate clients through Lean process improvement.
A former PA replacing her entire salary within 12 months by building a focused, value led business.
Across the board, clients saw an average 3.5x return on investment.
No funnels stacked with fluff.
No hard sells.
Just clarity, consistency and real conversations.
The Triple A Battery Thought
At Expert Empires in London on 30 and 31 January, I will be breaking down exactly how this works using what I call the Triple A Battery Thought.
It is a simple way to think about content, trust and momentum without burning yourself out or pretending to be someone you are not.
If you have ever thought:
I am too old for YouTube.
I do not have time to post content.
I would not know what to say on camera.
This is living proof that those beliefs are wrong.
You do not need to be louder.
You need to be clearer.
And you need a strategy that fits real life and real business.
If you are at Expert Empires, come and say hello.
I will happily talk YouTube, business and why boring consistency beats clever tricks every time.
