The Elite Agent - Interviewing Lucy and Michael Joerin

Last night I had the chance to sit down with Lucy and Michael Joerin for a Vision to Venture interview, and it turned into one of those conversations that stays with you long after the cameras stop rolling.

Both Lucy and Michael bring a depth of experience that’s hard to ignore. Their blend of property expertise, brand building, mindset work and real-world leadership made the discussion flow effortlessly. It wasn’t just an interview; it felt like an honest exchange about ambition, resilience and what it really takes to build something meaningful.

We covered everything from their early career pivots to the lessons they’ve pulled from growing Stowhill Estates, and the powerful principles behind their coaching work. There’s something refreshing about talking to people who’ve genuinely done the work and are still pushing themselves further.

With the recording wrapped up, I’m now looking forward to seeing the post-production so we can share the full conversation soon.

And on a personal note, I’m excited to start reading their book The Elite Agent, which has been on my list for a while. After hearing more about their story first-hand, I’ve got no doubt it’ll be a valuable read.
