What the award represents

The E2 Media Awards of Excellence exist to honour businesses that bring genuine innovation and uniqueness to their marketplace. This is not an award for the biggest. It is not for the loudest.

That description means a great deal to us. Because it is exactly what we set out to do when Go True North was founded in Australia in 2013 — and exactly what we have carried into our UK operation since launching in February 2024.

A business built on doing things properly

Go True North was built on a simple but powerful belief: that structured process produces real results. Our background is in engineering, leadership, and global organisations. Neil Betts and Chris Allford founded Go True North with the conviction that the same Lean process improvement principles that transform large organisations can — and should — be made accessible to small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs too.
